Ben Stein Interview For Expelled With Richard Dawkin

Richard Dawkins admits that there might have been a design, please refute that? Something had to be done, all those sales were going to plummet and who would want to listen to him again? He had to spin that right? No, he is too English, too white, too respectable to spin.

Richard Dawkins Spin

I love you Richard, for you to claim that you were feeling sorry for Ben Stein, I am beginning to feel sorry for you. These crocodile tears are just spilling out of my eyes. Richard Dawkins, I like the humble pie you are eating.

It is amazing that there are English people who are still as haughty as they were during the empire days. Tell me that Richard Dawkins is not in love with himself? Just look at yourself in the mirror and you will see what you come across as. Some of these upper middle class English cats need to be less conceited but it is hard to forsake a lifetime habit.

  1. Dawkins also (rightly) says that religion is a primitive superstition, in case you didn’t notice.

  3. I would just like to point out that in the first clip, Stein asks under what possible conditions Intelligent Design might possibly be true. Dawkins replies that the only way ID could possibly be true is if the genetic code of life on Earth were planted by an intelligence, ie an alien race. He says this to imply that it is fantastical and extremely unlikely, and that anyway that other race would have to have evolved.
In the second clip, you will notice that it is edited to remove the question, so it makes it look like Dawkins believes that is how life came about. This is called pulling quotes out of context. It is dishonest, misleading, and a trick frequently used by creationists.
